By analysing your strikes and movement via multiple fixed-angle cameras and converting the footage into joint-based images and clips, we can identify movement limitations where joint positioning may be restricting power output or limiting the contribution of key muscles.
We can adjust technique with repeated power tests, to check for immediate results, then develop and apply strength, power, muscle activation, and other training protocols, both short term and long term, to increase the effectiveness further.
This can be used with strikes you think are falling a little behind the rest of your game, or movements you feel a little off balance and uncomfortable with, strikes at angles that are a high injury risk, and also (and often ignored) it can be used to make your best strikes even better.
This is almost always used in conjunction with the Powerkube setup for extracting real strike output data, including: strike power, speed, impact, reaction time, and endurance/fatigue rate, to confirm the effectiveness of changes.
