one week notice required for all membership hold requests

If you need time off, you must request a membership hold, regardless of your payment method. All memberships still have obligations- We are still holding a space open for you. As we do more than other gyms by offering easy and free holds without strict limits, failure to pay without an approved hold will be treated as an abandoned membership with any unpaid fees recovered.
